    We had to return the wired doorbell and get a Wi-Fi doorbell because our home was an older home and it would not work properly.

    Two weeks after install it lost connection with the wifi. I have tried multiple times to get it connected, no luck!

    doesn't have wedge to level it up only left right. Mount is so wobbly asnd warped it won't lay flat./ Arlo customer service is terrible

    Not 180 degree coverage.

    Their box States 180 degrees coverage their rep told me it's five meters from your house before you get 180 degree coverage. Took back to Best buy.

    It is what we expected but an annoying feature is when someone rings the doorbell, it "calls" your phone and does not display the video. I'd like to see who is at the door when someone rings it... that is the whole point. To see who is there you then need to decline the call and load the app to view the video. Takes too long.

    We returned this product within a week. Couldn't keep connected and wouldn't show video once doorbell was answered. Swapped for Ring.

We recommend that you check the voltage level on your doorbell transformer before you install the Power Kit for your Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wired, or before you hardwire your Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wire-Free. If your doorbell transformer does not meet the required voltage, you must upgrade your transformer before you use your Arlo doorbell.     I bought the Arlo Doorbell because of its good reviews, but struggled to get the app to connect to the doorbells consistently. They're also much larger than traditional doorbells and don't fit in small spaces where traditional doorbells do, which could leave holes in your door frame that need patching.
