The functionality and ease of installation is great. However, I bought Arlo specifically because it was supposed to be HomeKit compatible. If it is, there is no instruction on how to connect it to HomeKit.

I have nothing but good things to say about my Arlo Doorbell. It was super easy to install, just make sure your wi-fi signal is strong. I had problems getting it to connect to the wi-fi and I had to move my router, other than that, its been great! I love the sleek design, other video doorbells are too wide and would require me to get someone to help with installation. The customization options are great and easy to setup.

This video doorbell is packed full of features and is a good buy. Would get five stars but the wifi seems to be poor on this model but like the analytic features, HD video, audible alert, and cloud storage better than other products out there after testing a few this one provides the best bang for the buck.

We are still getting used to the Arlo doorbell, but are satisfied with it so far. The only complaint we have at this point is that there are sometimes issues with the images becoming pixelated and not showing up completely...otherwise the quality and pictures have been wonderful.

Perfectly updated our 1960´s doorbell while reusing the existing wires & transformer. We absolutely love and use it daily. The video and sound quality led us to purchase Arlo Pro 5s and Pro 3 floodlight cameras which should arrive soon.

I have used other Arlo products before buying this doorbell. I have liked the other products and now really like this one as well. It was easy to install and connect to my phone. It helps me stay safer by showing me who is at the door or when my packages arrive. Great product. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a video doorbell.

Glad I purchased this device. I'm interested in seeing how it will function during winter months and when its raining. My only negative is it catch EVERYTHING... even causal cars driving down the street. But other than that no complaints.

Love the Arlo video doorbell! I previously bought the Arlo cameras, and the picture on the doorbell is so sharp and clear! The instructions to install were a bit complicated, but once I got the screws loosened on the back of the unit (I had to use a power drill with a Phillips head attachment), it was pretty easy. Being wired, I don’t have to worry about batteries, which is nice.

I compared and stalked video doorbells and this finally became my pick after getting the input from reliable websites. I couldn't find anyone that would install the doorbell so I finally just caved in to do it myself. The video they provided was spot on and easy to follow! I was so proud to say I installed this myself. The video is clear and sound good. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Got a great deal on this doorbell and must say it is more impressive than I thought! The video quality is great for a small package and I can clearly in both day and night. The speaker is plenty loud for two way audio and having the Arlo Smart features are a nice touch. Overall I am very satisfied with this investment! Just make sure you can get good WiFi coverage to the doorbell for a solid connection.

My family & I absolutely love our doorbell and out 2 additional cameras as well. We not only feel safer and secure every day and night knowing what is going on all around us but we also think it's even great for when you have teens/children at home after school, or during the holidays wheb packages come and get dropped off! Couldn't of made a better choice then My Arlo!!

Very Nice, easy installation instructions and worked as soon as it was installed without any issues. Just make sure you hook it into your 2.4ghz wireless at your home. It does not work on the 5ghz and clearly states that during setup. The wired directly into the existing doorbell is awesome since I do not need batteries.

I love it! It is easy to install, has excellent features, and has a great price. The only issue was the wireless setup. I have an Eero system and had to do a workaround to complete the installation.

I love Arlo, I have their cameras and have been using them for 6-7 years without a problem. Like the cameras the doorbell was super easy to install and setup. It took less than 10 minutes. I am still learning all the cool things it does but I love it! I got it on sale and it was wayyyyy less than other brands and works better in my opinion.

The video door bell was easy to set up. The online notifications are quick. The only problem I had was installation. My previous door bell was attached to the will with an electrical box fitted with a light switch cover. The screws didn't line up with the mounting bracket.

I moved to a new house that finally had a wired doorbell. I knew I wanted to use the arlo doorbell and it was a super easy install. The hardest part of the install was looking for the old transformer and swapping it out with a new one. The video quality is much better than it was on the wireless pro 2s i still have kicking around.

Recently purchased the Arlo Video Doorbell to add to my existing Arlo family of home cameras and am very happy. I was easily able to link it to my other equipment and home base and the overall install a snap! Now I have even more security and peace of mind in a busy neighborhood.
