The clarity on this video doorbell is amazing for both the day and night mode. There are no delays or lag times connecting to the live view, and the audio is crystal clear.

Easy installation, great quality picture and good price. Integrates with our other Arlo cameras. My only negative comment is that the app sometimes takes several seconds to connect to the camera.

software set up was a snap as I just connected to my existing Arlo hub...no hub no worry you can set it up without. Once I wired it to my antiquated doorbell connection, and attached the supplied pack inside the the chime I was seeing everything that came to my door Squirrels, People, vehicles you name it. The awesome thing is that I can put a geofence around the areas I want to monitor and filter out the nuance stuff that comes around (ex. animals). The hardware was a bit more time consuming. Because there is almost no room between the mounting bracket and the base unit, it was extremely hard to snap the camera in place because of the wires that have to be connected from the doorbell and the camera. Pack your patience. So now I sit and wait for Amazon or the mailman to come to me in Crystal clear clarity, and ignore the folks I don't want to be bothered with. I have 2 way conversations thru my phone, if I choose. This is the best thing since Apple pie!

I had another doorbell ring and it sopped working. I read about the Ring brand and Arlo and I'm very happy I went with the Arlo, it works great and very clear video. I comes with a 3 month free membership, so, I'll see later if it's worth it to pay for this service and what includes.

The Arlo Video Doorbell was easy to install and setup. We have been using it for the last few weeks and are very happy with the product. The app is easy to navigate. We will definitely be purchasing the Arlo flood light and a couple other cameras to mount on the exterior of the house.

Had some trouble setting up due to an older router. Once I got a new router, setup was fast and easy.

I really like most things about the doorbell- it looks nice and the camera is great. My only disappointment is that it takes a couple of seconds from when someone pushes the doorbell and I am notified through my phone.

We have had this officially for a week & have nothing but good things to say!! The picture is so clear, notifications are quick & the smart technology on this to tell you what type of motion it is, is pretty sweet! We are going to be getting cameras in the near future

Trustable, vigilant, clear video. Anytime someone close to my ring bell , It starts to warn.

Physical install was pretty simple and straight forward. But it took a bit of trouble shooting on why a doorbell button press would not trigger the mechanical chime. Removing the power kit from the chime fixed it temporarily but there are occasional phantom chimes. So even though the transformer is within the power specs required it needs to be replaced and hopefully the chime will operate with the power kit reinstalled. One feature I would like to have is the ability for the doorbell to just operate the chime and not call my phone when I am home. Currently it seems you can disable the phone call by silencing the doorbell but that also silences the chime.

Once I got to a knowledgeable tech I got it installed quickly. What the 1st 2 calls did not tell me was that my base was not compatible with this doorbell. You also need to know that you have to have a plan to make it work like it is meant to. Love it and my cameras.

The doorbell was easy to install and is user friendly. I have been pleased so far.

The Arlo wired video doorbell is easy to install, looks great, and works even better! This was the perfect addition to our Arlo camera system. We like it so much, we bought a system for my Dad for Christmas! Highly recommended.

I had the ring doorbell before but the rest of my cameras were Arlo Essential cameras (fantastic cameras) so I decided to switch to the Arlo doorbell camera. I wish I would of switched sooner. I like this camera so much better! I would highly recommend it!!!

The hardest part of the installation was due to my existing doorbell wires being really short. Once I figured out the location, it was less than 10 minutes to install and setup the doorbell.

Great product. Setup was easy and took 35 minutes to install. The app took a little bit longer to set up but works great. The nice thing about arlo is that you can set up and adjust activity zones so the camera won’t pick up additional activations because of tree/bush leaves moving.

I love our doorbell, it's hard wired so we don't have to worry about batteries. We have the subscription and it's nice because it tells you if it's an animal, vehicle,.or person. Clarity is really good even when the sun is low. I'd recommend it and I love ours

I replaced another vendors product with the Arlo Video Doorbell. I love the performance, picture/sound quality, and functionality. I even had a delivery driver say, “that is the best looking doorbell I have seen!” You will be very happy with this product. Great job Arlo.
