This doorbell was fairly easy to install. We had an electrician install it because it is wired and our original doorbell was not working at the time. He had no experience with installing this doorbell, only the Ring doorbell so he was at a loss until I discovered that directions were on the phone app. It would be helpful if Arlo listed that information inside the packaging. This is my first video doorbell so I have nothing to compare it with but it has been easy to navigate the settings so far, therefore I am happy with it. I chose it instead of Ring because I have a lot of Google products and it is compatible with Google. I honestly can't give it a five-star rating because I have not had it long enough to see how it does in the long run.

I’ve had both Ring and Nest. The app and interaction with Arlo is better than both of the others. Easy to set up and very user friendly.

Love the sense of security it gives. Works great, a little bit of lag but that’s to be expected and it’s not really that bad.

Working great, activity zones help reduce false alerts, so far, very happy with this addition to my Arlo Pro 2 cameras.

After our ring doorbell stopped working within a year, we decided to try an Arlo video doorbell. It was easy and quick to install!

Just installed Arlo a few days ago. Easy to use and the smart detection is spot on. It even noticed a stray cat walking by the door.

Few hiccups after initial setup but when After resetting all settings it worked fine. It detects even a small animal.

You truly do get the best for your money with the Arlo doorbell. Very easy to use and set up right from the app.

The fact that I now get a alert via phone call and the picture is much clear than my previous video doorbell.... I highly recommend.

Installing this doorbell was very easy. The only trouble i had was finding the right breaker to turn off prior to installation.

Easy set up. No worries with this on the front of our home we always know when someone or something is there.

Our vehicle's catalytic converter was recently stolen. Unfortunately, we did not have a security camera to catch the thieves. We did research before purchasing the Arlo Video Doorbell and it has been great to receive notifications on my phone anytime someone is near our home. I wish we had bought it sooner!

I was having too many issues to name from Wyze. The videos wouldn't play back. Contact customer service, they acknowledged my submission and crickets for weeks. Then, my camera shorted out. That was the final straw. Switched to Arlo. Not even a week in and this thing kicks the YEAH out of Wyze. Don't buy Wyze, buy Arlo.
