Arlo is way better than another brand doorbell camera that I had before.

The response from the video alerts and streaming is really good.

It was very easy to setup. Seen interesting wildlife at the front door.

I had been looking at vidoe doorball for some time now. I finally purchased it and I am satisfied so far. I didn't give it 5 bc of the video delay once you accept the notification on your phone.

Had it up and running in about 15 minutes. Pleased with the device.

I have the wired version and was a bit skeptical about if I would be able to install it, but Arlo made everything easy and I was able to get it running on my first try. I love how I get a call when someone is at the door, especially since it is hard to hear our door bell from upstairs. I would recommend this product to all of my friends and family.

Great product it has a clear picture and if someone presses the button it calls your phone and if you don’t answer it allows you to leave a message! Very easy to install!

4 stars only for the userability of the app. wish it was more user friendly. otherwise, fairly straightforward to install. although i couldn’t find the power supply switch for just the doorbell so i had to temporarily shut off power to the whole house. not a biggie.

The camera was easy to set up and adjust setting. It works great.

Installation of this video doorbell was not complicated at all and it's easy to use. My only complaint is that I don't get steady notifications and there's a lag between when the doorbell is rang and the time you hear it. Not sure if that's supposed to be happening

Needed a slimmer doorbell this worked. Nice doorbell but if you want videos you need to buy subscription.

I like my wired Arlo doorbell camera. The installation was slowed because I had to buy a higher voltage transformer for my doorbell which they warn you about. Then I had to figure out that the doorbell wouldn’t connect to my Arlo Pro2 base station because it wasn’t the latest. The workaround is to connect via my WiFi network which is Ok.

easy install and works great! clear video and great value.

Overall, we really like it. However, installation was not quite as simple as we had thought and we had to have an electrician come. The fixes ended up being simple though and could have been done by me with more/better instruction from Arlo.
