We are very happy with our Arlo thus far! It’s been extremely useful and hasn’t disappointed! I would highly recommend Arlo for anyone looking for a great home security setup! We also especially loved the discount for first responders!!! Yay Arlo!!!

Junk. Connected to wireless or their hub that I bought, it works a little, but most of the time, the video is scrambled and it never works when you need it too. When you buy the plan, its' not much better. Gave it two years before I finally said it's not worth giving them anymore of my money.

Love everything about this. Through integration with smart homes was a bit more complex than I would hope for. However, the siren and alerting for packages are well worth the time it took.

This camera replaced an outdated doorbell camera that came with my vivint system and it is awesome. The quality of the video is good, I have a birds eye view and good coverage of my front door. The notifications are good as they pick up on humans and animals and it alerts me promptly. It has alot of features in the app to customize my settings and preferences and I am very pleased so far with my doorbell camera upgrade.

After a few hiccups with it going disconnected, I couldn’t be happier with this product. I love all the features. With everything going on with Covid and what not it’s been nice talking to people through the doorbell. Perfect gift for anyone.

It’s so comforting knowing I can see who is at my door, or near my home, when my kids are home alone.

Great video performance but can’t get it to work with the door chime inside

The doorbell camera is pretty good! It’s sensitivity is good it catches the cars coming and going in the road too. The doorbell is kind of like a blind spot for my other cameras but not anymore because of the doorbell. It works well

I was really impressed with how nice the video doorbell looked and it felt very sturdy. The app allows you to adjust the motion sensor sensitivity, sends alerts to your watch or phone. Love seeing what’s going on at home while I’m at work!

Got it installed, and the next day the dog ran off. We were running through the neighborhood looking for her and were able to know that my neighbor had brought her back to the house while we were out looking!

PROs: -Excellent video and audio. -Easy to set up. -Seems to have a buffer of a few seconds that is added to a recording once motion is detected. -Competitive price. CONs: (keeping in mind that I was using this on my computer because I don't have a cell phone): -The siren is just plain pathetic but maybe I was doing something wrong. I could whisper louder. -Siren is only automatic upon sensing motion or not at all. Could not find a way to activate it manually. Fortunately, when a friend came to the door, he was not frightened by the siren but rather amused and confused. -I'm not sure why there is the "ability" to use this on a computer because it is clearly NOT set up to do even the basics. Can only use Google Chrome and only after resetting the browser settings every time you log on then having to logon to Arlo site again in order for anything to work. -Only records one side of the conversation. -Deleting a video means having to tap/click on "delete" 4 different times in 4 different parts of the screen. Perhaps Arlo could either get rid of the computer app or put some work into it. -After disconnecting it I received a warning stating that the battery was down to 9%. Problem is that it's hardwired - there is no battery.

We purchased the Arlo doorbell camera over the Ring doorbell camera. It was installed by Totaltech. So far we are happy with the purchase.

I love or new doorbell camera. It gives you notifications every time someone is close to out front door or passes by. We feel a lot safer now. I would highly recommend it. It’s one of the best purchases we’ve made. We love it!

Reading the QR Code was way too difficult. Ours is 15 feet from our router and would not connect apparently. That's about the only thing I've had problems with.

Despite some early connection and audio quality issues, this doorbell is clearly one of the best on the market once we got the hang of the correct settings.

Setting it up was easy, the app walks you through the steps. The video quality is pretty good.

I've had this unit for over a year and initially, it functioned as designed. Recently, upon detecting motion, the set recording time has been intermittent. The set time to record is 1.5 minutes but often it only records for 3 seconds. I spoke with Arlo support and they rebooted the device but this had no effect on the problem and it continues. I will probably upgrade to a Ring device.

Not bad for the money. It would be nice if you could adjust the camera slightly without having to add the large angle piece to the back.

Really enjoying the clarity of the video. The ability to talk and use preprogrammed responses is also a plus.
