Set up was a piece of cake and we’re very happy with the video quality

This is wired so I never have to recharge it. It was compatible with my existing chime, and very easy to install. The field of view is spectacular and I can literally see my entire front yard. Absolutely love my newest Arlo product!

Setup would be easy if you didnt have to hold your phone with the QR code to the doorbell. I spent so much time trying to get the darn thing to recognize the code and chime.

It's very close to a deal breaker. Stop nickeling and diming your customers Arlo. Your equipment is very expensive with bugs everywhere in your apps. then you have the nerve to charge a monthly fee and your customer support is non existent. Shame on you Arlo.

The slim design fits well on my fascia board - others were too wide. Camera quality is first rate. Everything working as described.
