Terrible! Buy a Ring doorbell because I wish I had. I bought this in February and it stopped working in July. I have been trying to get it to work for the past 4 months and it still does not work. I tried calling Arlo customer service but they let me know there is nothing they can do. I'm stuck with a device that does not work and out of the money I paid. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go for a different brand of doorbell.

This product was well worth the money. It has good quality sounds and videos. As with any product improvement can always be made but by far the best purchase I have ever made.

Highly recommended. Works as described and as expected.

Started off good at first, but then a month or two later. Thats when all your connections and picture distortions come. Slow response, glitches all the time, and poor quality. Don’t get me started on their customer service too. Its always “restart it”, “remove from app”, “run a internet speed test” done it all multiple times and there still hasnt been a fixed issue. If you want it for HomeKit, check out Eufy, I wish I did.

This product went wrong after a month. I started getting notices to purchase a subscription, even though their sales pitch is that you do not need to purchase one!! I then started receiving notices of tampering. Next notices that I was not connected to the internet. I did everything to get it reconnected even disconnected and removed account to start over. When I tried to reconnect wires, i had alot of difficulty, but after about an hour, finally re-connected. I then noticed the doorbell back was slightly off centered. I centered i,t but when I did, I could not get to snap shut and had to tape . I next found I could not get the device to scan the QR Code in order to begin working. In reading the reviews, I learned that thse things are common complaints!!! I wish I had checked the reviews more thorougly but I was hoping I would fall in line with the ones where the product worked. The lack of real customer support is !!frustrating !!! Companies should not be allowed to put such poorly flawed products on the market. They are just taking custimer's money!!You should have the ability to speak with someone when you have followed all the steps and the product still does not work. I feel as if they tampered with the camera, so that you will be forced to purchase a subscription. what if I purchase thinking it will solve problem and it still does not work?? I have spent about 8 or more hours trying to get this to work.

I've own the Arlo1 and Arlo2 cameras for my home security and figured getting the door bell would be a good fit. I kind of wished the door bell would have the same features as the Arlo1/2 cameras without a subscription but it's good enough as a notification system if someone rings the doorbell. I did have to upgrade my door bell transformer (old one didn't have enough power) so do your research before you buy unlike me.

Works Great! It has a slight delay in response but over all it is a really good doorbell cam!

We have been very happy so far with the quality of sound and vision our Arlo is allowing us to view from our phones when we are not home.

It has very good camera quality and nicely designed. It is working perfectly as expected. Easy to step up.
