    Initialy I was reluctant to buy Arlo to the high price tag. Later after careful consideration based on my reviews of each of the featured and requirement I had for a security camera, I went with the Arlo cameras. I did not regret my decision and it worked perfectly fine. The smarthub is super which helps to home automate with Apple Homekit and I can manage all cameras at one place. thumbs-up!!

    This product works great and is easy to install. I have had two previous doorbell cams from OTHER COMPANIES. Ran into a lot of issues with the video being laggy, not recording events and not being able to connect to show live video.The ARLO doorbell has none of those issues. Recommending this to the rest of my family to switch to this product.

    Overall I am very pleased with this wired doorbell camera and Arlo's support. Although I had checked the rating on my doorbell transformer before installing I ended up having to replace it. Due to its age it wasn't sending sufficient power. Keep that in mind when you select wired or wireless and if you know how check your current.

    As expected!

    After initial difficulty with install due to a chime in my house that was not compatible, it went easy. We installed it once we installed a compatible chime, and ordered a generic siding mount for vinyl siding. The clarity is great, works as advertised, and I don't have to worry about a battery!

    I love my new Arlo doorbell! The view is amazing and the clarity is excellent. I’ve had the “other” before and this beats it, hands down. We’re remodeling our house and neighbors come by, look in the windows and make comments. They don’t know they’re being recorded! ;)

    All the video freezes after 5 seconds and continue for 10 to 15 seconds, later the video comes to normal. I have this issue almost 80% of videos stored. Looks like its not a defect piece I see lot of complaints this doorbell, bought it for 120$ last year. It's a buggy product don't buy this.p

    Needs Subscription, Not HomeKit Compatible...

    Must pay subscription to use most features. Not Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant Compatible. Video does not work half of the times. Do not recommend.

    No connection and no support

    TERRIBLE!!!!! I bought this Saturday and have spent the last 5 days trying to connect. I followed all troubleshooting tips on Arlo app and checked for various other online resources. As a final step I tried direct Arlo support only to be greeted with the following: "After reviewing your account, it appears that you are not entitled to live agent support. However, you can utilize any of the self-support options available to you including this chat bot, the Arlo Community, and the Arlo support site where you can find how-to articles and videos." I will return this to the store as soon as i can

    I researched around on what video doorbell to purchase and eventually settled on the Arlo doorbell. It lived up to all the other reviews I read. Works great and has a very large viewing area. I was impressed on how much of my yard I can see from it.

    Arlo support doesn't really exist.

    Support is non-existent, through the app only and the chat hangs up before you can follow their instructions. The unit I had disconnected from my WiFi and is falling apart after less than two years. Finding the subscription cancellation took hours. Installation was difficult as there was very little room for the wires behind the doorbell.

    Good initially, bad support, short warranty

    The doorbell worked pretty well until it got wet. Even though the marketing claims "Designed to withstand heat, cold, rain, or sun.", my doorbell got wet and completely died. Arlo support has been very slow to respond, days between each correspondence, and after many useless debugging requests on their part, they finally agreed that it was dead. Since it is 187 months old, it is past their 1 year warranty and they will do nothing other than offering a URL for a 30% discount that did not work.

    Horrible wuality and why did inpay for ads

    App is really bad, if you need quality video i would not use Arlo. Also ads constantly to buy more if the crappy camera. The app is really lite on features and makes me want to go back to 6 year old nest hello.

    Based on reviews, I bought this doorbell. I had it installed by an electrician due to my doorbell wires (not the doorbell itself). However, it took the electrician and me 45 minutes to get the wifi to connect AND getting the app to find the doorbell. I have had it close to 2 years, although it hasn't worked as a video device for close to 18 months. The device disconnects, and I have not been able to get it to reconnect despite hours of trying. Visiting their support site shows thousands of other people having the same issue. Also, while it was working, the video was poor at best. I am ordering a SimpliSafe doorbell since everything I have of theirs works flawlessly.
