Good but audio off

We love that multiple people can access the doorbell videos and have some piece of mind when receive packages. The one issue is the audio, when talking back and forth with someone. It has such a long delay that it’s really hard to talk to someone. We had another video doorbell at another house and we never had that issue.

Internet connection stays connect with no issues. If you’re trying to connect to HomeKit you need a hub from Arlo to do so. Other than that everything else works great. I preferred the wired over wireless for more stable connection and not having to change out any batteries.
