My transformer didn't have the juice to properly power this video doorbell, so I ended up returning it, but I'm not going to knock off any stars for that issue. This seems to be a solid product with good build quality, great looks, and a desirable feature-set. My only gripe is that this product - and other such products - require ample power to function properly and reliably; more power than some older homes might have driving the doorbell system. Do yourself a favor: buy a voltmeter and test your wiring at the doorbell to ensure sufficient power.

It easy to install except that there is insufficient room under the case to connect the wiring. It works flawlessly except you cannot control the phone calls that are generated when the doorbell is pressed. Except at the system level, so it's everyone or no one's phone ringing.

This camera is great, it works Greta, however there is a little lag from camera to notification. But other than that I highly recommend it

I love how you can select for animals or people or vehicles.

It works as intended. Image quality is amazing. Two way communication works well but it has room for improvement. Overall excellent choice.

It does a great job of detecting people and pets. It is a learning curve for answering on door on my cell. simple to install

The doorbell works great. A phone call goes straight to your phone when someone rings it and you can answer and see who it is.

This wired video doorbell works great! We did have some complications as we installed it ourselves, but, in the end, we are very pleased with how it looks and how it works. Because it is wired, there are no batteries to change out. The video display is excellent. As with other Arlo doorbells, there is a delay that can be too long - a person at the door sometimes leaves before I can answer - but that is an issue with all audio and video doorbells.

Great quality and motion sensor. Easy set up. No need to charge or replace batteries because it's wired. I recommend this 100%.

We’ve had our Arlo installed for about 6 months, replacing a Vivant Smart Door Bell, and this thing is just not worth the price. It has good, clear camera picture, but thats really it. Poor wifi capabilities cause it to frequently disconnect, despite having great wifi throughout the house. Then theres the notifications. Ive had 3 different smart doorbells and this one is the most obnoxious with the frequency of the notifications. And the notifications are pointless because if you’re busy and cant click it right away, youll never know who was there because it’ll only show the live feed. I even paid for the monthly plan and the lack of features and functionality are waaaaaay worse than better brands. Do yourself a favor and get a Nest Doorbell.

Decent Doorbell Camera. Worked on existing wires. You do need to purchase a monthly plan after the trial period.

The easiness of installing the doorbell along with the clarity and style was definitely a good investment.

Overall, I love it. The biggest downside in my opinion and the reason I gave it 4 stars, is that the camera is a bit grainy I feel. It is tough to make out faces of people beyond my doorstep. And at night, it gets even harder. I understand that is a downside of night vision. But one of the main reasons I got the doorbell is for security at night. If I can't see who was on my porch, what's the point?

We got this to replace our Ring doorbell and get everything on the same platform. Easy to install and set up. We love it.
