The integration with ALEXA is pretty poor. YES - Alexa triggers when the camera sees movement. BUT it triggers outside of the activity zone - I found out this is because after contacting Arlo, the told me that Alexa only sees the raw data from the camera. All filtering is done in the cloud by Arlo if you have a subscription. Even it you do have a subscription, ALEXA never sees THAT data, hence it triggers when a car, truck or dog walker walks in front of your house. I feel that it is MISLEADING to say that the Arlo doorbell integrates with Alexa without also indicating that it is a very basic integration.  It means that the value of the Arlo SUBSCRIPTION  is minimized since the Alexa "skill" just sees the RAW data and not the data we are paying to have filtered via the activity zones.

The Arlo Video Doorbell camera was very easy to install. The video quality is better than the video doorbell that it replaced.

The video quality for this device is awesome! Really clean and clear video. Would recommend!

Love to have this ring doorbell. As specially who don't have on door eye whole, they can see thru the phone. Love the ring doorbell.

Ok camera, but the arlo integrated ecossystem is not great.

I've not had other video doorbells so I can't compare it to others. It integrated with and works OK with my Arlo Pro 2 system. The video quality is good. Connecting it to existing doorbell was a little tricky. But... If you're mounting this on brick or some other uneven surface that causes the mounting hardware to flex any, then the tiny little tabs that hold the doorbell in it's cheap plastic mounting bracket won't line up, causing it to not lock into place. I had to put a piece of wood between the bracket & bricks to present a flat surface for the mounting hardware. Also, to add this as a device to the Arlo app, you have to go through the entire installation process in the app. The app doesn't seem to be able to "discover" it. So if you want to add this to another phone, the app gets confused since the doorbell is already installed. Also the app constantly goes off line, indicating that no devices are responding. These are the reasons for 3 stars.

We really like this product and we like the features that it comes with. It is really easy to install and use.

Arlo doorbell is extremely easy to install and very user friendly interface. The app is very user friendly and works amazingly.

After getting doorbell working, it has been very useful as advertised.

I have only been using it for about a week now. So fare this is an excellent product. Super simple install..

I decided to buy the arlo video doorbell as I already had installed arlo cameras and wanted to stay with one brand. Giving 4 stars due to following reasons 1. Needs paid subscription after 3 month free trial. 2. When installing with the angle mount. The screws don’t go in all the way. This impedes the doorbell from snapping into position onto the back plate.

Very good, works well with my others Arlo cámaras. Easy to install and you can link the video doorbell with Alexa.

Good quality and it works very well with our app . It makes me feel safe and secure and it was so easy to set up.

I wired it up and once it was done correctly, it has worked like a charm. I get notifications when it picks up vehicles in the driveway, or someone (myself) in the yard. And when I mow the lawn I can deactivate the motion at that time. I tested the door bell button and was able to make a video/voice call, and can access live view after about 3 seconds of thinking. Its great and makes me feel a little more secure, will be interested in looking into the Arlo Pro 2/3 cameras to add to the system.

Not perfect but I think Arlo does the best job of all the camera/security companies. Very dependable and easy to setup and use!

Now I feel comfortable knowing who's at my door. Seeing and speaking makes me feel safer. The App is very easy to use.

This works great and no need for batteries. If you don’t have a transformer for your door bell this is not easy to install.
