Love it!

After that, it works great. Of all the video doorbells, this one gives you the best view. You can see the person's whole body. Nothing is cut off.

Needed new transformer, but works great now

I had to do a lot of reading online to find out that I needed to upgrade my doorbell transformer to a 16V 30VA in order for my doorbell chime to still work with the video doorbell installed. Arlo says you need between a 16V or 24V 10VA transformer, but my existing 16V 10VA was not enough.

I do not know what expect, and didn't receive any information about it in the moment I bought the device. I do not have any intention to have a monthly plan.
