Our 1st Home Security System by Arlo!

I read reviews, talked to friends and neighbors and chose Arlo. We are very happy with our Arlo system and Best Buy’s installation. The software is easy to use and intuitive. I should have bought this years ago!

Good video, bad setup.

Other than the setup the doorbell works great. You must have patience with this thing.

Disappointed

Attaching the Arlo video doorbell was easy and straight forward but after several attempts to set up the video doorbell program it would not find the camera. I called Arlo support after troubleshooting from their website only to be put on hold for more than an hour and than being disconnected. Very disappointed in the Arlo support! I returned the video doorbell To Best Buy for a refund.

Easy install except the QR scan

Finally reset and it worked. All in all, nice doorbell. I should have checked ahead, but this does NOT connect to the hub with cameras. Little surprised to find that out after the fact.

It is nice to see when packages arrive or when strangers are at the door. The view is of the whole porch top to bottom. I even discovered why my UPS packages were so beat up and damaged—a UPS driver was too busy talking on her phone to walk my package up to the doorstep and literally threw it onto my porch from 3 feet away!
