It is exactly what I wanted. Works well easy to install.

Happy with it. Just takes a lot of photos - too many of vehicles. However I have adjusted it and it is better. Also still getting used to Arlo on web. Do like the option to revise photo settings to where you want them.

his is my first doorbell and so far it’s been great! The installation process was super simple. It took all but 15 minutes to complete the process. The app works great and the video quality is super. Instantly became a fan and I order 2 security cameras for my home. Thanks Arlo for making good quality products.

Video quality not as good as my arlo pro 3 cameras but overall an okay purchase. It took me three tries to get it to work. Had to call customer services twice and to reset the door bell twice also. I almost ended up returning it.

Arlo video doorbell is the best!recommended to all!

New install. Installation is pretty straightforward and connecting it to my existing Arlo app was easy enough. This doorbell camera came with two extension wires to attach to my already short door bell wires, which was a great idea. A little tight under the door bell with the wirenuts supplied, but certainly doable. Camera quality isn’t as good as my Arlo security cameras, but I really haven’t messed with the settings either.

Arlo doobell does a ok decent job. It was easy to install and it still uses the original doorbell chime. My only complaint is the resolution. I wish it was at least 2k like my other Arlo cameras.

I wanted to try this since I have the original Arlo system and wanted to have only one app instead of mixing brands. The problem is this is designed to mount to a flat surface. I have hardiplank siding. Due to the length of the camera, it would span across two boards resulting in big gaps all the way around. If my doorbell were mounted on the flat molding around the door, it would have been an easy install.

Easy to install but that's where the pros end. If you want a video record of every car, animal and person that even walks or passes in the camera's field of view, this is your item. Even when I turn the sensitivity down and narrow the activity field to just a small area on my porch, it will still pick up people walking on the sidewalk and cars driving on the street. The distance from the activity field to the sidewalk is approximately 60' and another 15' to the street yet it still will notify me of movement. I purchased this as a security device. What I got was a device that provides video record of any and all movement in my neighborhood. It's pretty annoying to get 25-30 notifications every day. Seriously considering return this to Best Buy. Luckily I have until 5/31/20.

I had to buy a 2nd one of these after the 1st one just died one day. It looks like they may have changed it a bit, or at least the install process. No more scanning the QR code anymore. It does do a good job.
