It's been a waste of time and money.

Very unreliable. If you're looking for something you can count on for security, look elsewhere. A lot of people are having the disconnect problem. As a tech pro, I don't waste time on getting tech support. When electronic devices don't work flawlessly out of the box and keep working for years, it means they weren't tested enough and should not have been sold. It's been a waste of time and money. A regular security camera from another company replaced the worthless doorbell, and it does a lot more for much cheaper.

The picture quality is very good and it encompasses quite an area of not only someone coming to the door but standing around the doorway area. Truthfully I thought it would be too big to look at but it really isn't.

The companion cameras are nice as well. Unfortunately, I am beset by the dreaded "ghost ringing" chime. Something about the design of this device invites incompatibility with some circuits that are hardwired, and it produces non-stop doorbell ringing. As such, the doorbell is unusable and the hardwired chimes have to be muted (I stuck a piece of cardboard between the clapper and the bell to get it to stop). Leaving my doorbell now useless. But I have video! Hooray? :( I'll go back to Ring. I never had that problem with their device, no matter how awful Amazon is.
