It’s 10$ a month. Just a warning to anyone that thinks it may be free to use like I did. We use it daily. It’s a good product.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

They point you to a forum to solve the problem by talking to other users. You have to buy a membership to speak to an actual Arlo technician. I was able to install the doorbell to the wall easily. I had no issues with any of the mechanical parts. But the doorbell could not be discovered by the app and with no tech support, it’s going to have to be returned. I tried all the tips and tricks in the forum and messed around with this thing for two days. Now I have to buy a different doorbell and I have holes in my doorframe.
