Not impressed. Poor quality also can be because our wifi sucks and takes forever to connect when someone rings the doorbell. The picture is clear so thats good. Its more the lag and connecting part also dont like the fact that only one person has access to view the camera you can add a person but it boots you off it more than once person is on the app so its kind of useless for me to have.

Great device but prefer to buy a set that includes more devices for other areas of my place, as a combo

So, if you have some other doorbell camera, I'm sure a brand will "ring"-a-bell for you - carefully remove that stupid cover that always fights you, carefully remove the screws with your right hand, place them into your left hand - and chuck them into your neighbors yard - or trashcan.... yeah, trashcan is better. The ARLO Doorbell is hands down the best device you can get. I have had every configuration of door cam since the first gasoline powered version hit the market and this out performs them all. It has been up for 4 weeks and the battery is still full. I have it on full blast so it alerts me to flys going by - and STILL the battery is just chillin . . Best Product of its category - get one or two. Trust me.. oh, and no, I dont work for them, yes I have other Arlo cameras and yes, those work really well too...

Easy to install (we used wire connection, not battery) and connect to home wifi. You can set a range for alerts so you're not getting alerts every time a car drives past. So far, we're satisfied and would recommend.

I installed these at my parent's home and they really enjoy being able to see people at their door before answering.

For my first ring bell camera I could not be happier if it takes anything from small animals to people and it tells you and ignorance is the difference between people and and small animals like cats and dogs

Sooo Convenient! Can see at all times who is at my door! When doorbell rings it goes to my phone & can answer & talk to outsider as if I were home.

Dont know if due to our internet connection but video feed lags a bit and connecting to the camera takes a while. Sometimes video is scrambled but when it works it’s fantastic

Easy to install but app not so easy. Colors are good, sound was excellent. Little bulky but overall good door bell.

I had Ring for so many years. I should've upgraded sooner. The quality of the video is so much clearer. I love that it calls your phone when someone rings the bell. The best decision I made was to switch to Arlo!

This was super easy to set up. The picture and sound quality are excellent. My only complaint, and maybe because i have the wireless version, is there is a slight delay on when i receive the alert from motion detection. It usually comes through to me once the person is walking away, if it’s a delivery. Other than that, long battery life and has made me feel more secure at home to know who is coming and going. Would love to see the individual brands like Arlo, Ring, etc. sell, as an accessory, the no damage door mount that for those of us in apartments or in an HOA that doesn’t allow mounting to the exterior of the building. The generic ones found on other sites don’t fit exactly and i think there would be a great market for them.

The ratings for this device are very high on almost every website and I was a bit confused about that. It feels like an okay quality device but that’s about it. I didn’t particularly enjoy the lag between the button press and the chime going off. In my opinion, the chime should be sold with this together. Having to go to the store and spend another $50 left a poor taste in my mouth. I ended up switching to google

Good product, but the motion detects a little late. And you have to be closer to the camera than I prefer other than that good video quality.

The Arlo door bell works flawlessly with no issues. My wife and I love it. We do not often hear when someone knocks on the door so the notification on the phone is great especially when we are in the back yard.

After much research we chose this Arlo video doorbell and it has worked as described. The app is good but you need the monthly fee to access all archived videos. Overall, happy with this purchase
