I have had no problem with this camera. I have had it for over a year and I have been very happy with it.

Really great quality doorbell, super easy to install and set up. I feel an extra ounce of safety knowing Arlo has my eyes when I'm not at our secondary residence. Highly recommend.

This is a mixed bag. While the hardware is great, the Arlo app is awful (3.2 stars on Google Play) and even the website is extremely buggy. The software matters in the experience. There's also a delay when a person talks and when you actually hear it. However, Arlo is the only system with both IFTTT support AND Google Home support.

I love this I have other Arlo cameras and since I put these in I moved the other ones around . This is a great product would definitely recommend this to anyone .

Like the video quality and its app friendly. But battery runs out too quickly. Need to recharge after a couple days of use.

The installation instructions (via mobile app) were easy to follow and worked the first time. No hassle. I appreciate the quality of the camera and the reliability of event detection.

Video and image quality are great ! Easy to setup. Connects and links to google home . I tried Ring, Blink and Googles . This one was my favorite due to ease of setup, image and app

Great viewable area. Easy to recharge. Nice way to send away solicitors without going to the door. Prefer this over the Ring...every vserion.

We needed a wireless doorbell video and already have several Arlo cameras, so this Arlo doorbell was the logical choice. It works very well and we are quite pleased!

Easy to install and connect to the app. The app is easy to navigate. The video and picture quality is good. My only disappoint with this video doorbell is I wish it would have the ability to show a few seconds before the video or photo was actually triggered. Also wish I would have just went with the wired model because the distance that triggers the photo and video is greater.

Honestly don’t know how I lived without this before. The viewing angle and picture is of the highest quality

The wire-free doorbell was a breeze to install. Once it was mounted and configured in the Arlo app, it’s been reliable and performed as we had hoped. Quick notifications/alerts and no false positives after we defined our zones in the app. Highly recommended.

I had a doorbell that I could answer from my phone before this one. I LOVE this doorbell. Has just what I need. It allows me to answer from my phone if I am not home and record movement if I want it to. With a pool in my backyard, I can answer and address whatever I need to. To be fair, I never had a ring, and my last doorbell did not record or have such a wide view. I had this one professionally installed and the installer said he much preferred this version to the RING. So glad I got it, highly recommend, worth every penny!

This was a gift for dad who needed a wireless video doorbell that works with his Arlo camera system. My Arlo video doorbell is wired and my dad really wanted one and Arlo just came out with this wireless solution. Installation was simple and he loves it!

Great doorbell camera very clear and very great speaker can hear it like 10 feet away amazing push notification to devices!!!!!

I would prefer the wire free over wired on bc bc some wiring doesnt supply enough 16V. With just $50 more for wire free you would get super easy installation with less than 5 mins. The doorbell connects directly to wifi so you would get better stable connection than cameras connect through the Arlo Hub. The camera in doorbell is crispy clear and super bright (like full sun even it could be midnight outside) so you can see exactly whats going on outside.Price is decent with best quality so this is my only company to go for doorbell camera

Just found out there are black bears in Orlando metro, thanks to this doorbell camera, now we have to be aware of our surroundings... Yes I saw a black bear in my porch...

Love this. Great camera quality. App easy to use. Haven’t had any issues so far. Can even make it make a siren noise to scare off any unwelcomed guests.
