App is very user friendly. The only reason I rated it a 4 is that the battery life seems short. It has lasted for one month. I was advised to get two batteries in order to swap them out but I did not want to invest in another battery.

Knowing how long it will take to wire and deal with transformers and what not, this wire less doorbell was a life saver. Once you charge the battery your all set, the set up is an ease!! Great product top quality no problems what so ever. To me the price was right it does the job and your packages are safe.lol It really comes in handy to know what goes on in your front yard all the time.

Arlo wireless doorbell works great!

I did not take into account the setback of the door on the porch, so have a little bit of a “tunnel view” coming up to the door. The setback limits the view of the porch area. I could correct that with a separate camera on the porch, but the doorbell camera still captures the walkway up the driveway to the door clearly.

Battery life needs improvement

Have an Arlo camera set from a few years ago and they still only need to be charged every 8 months or so. This thing last maybe 6 weeks. Inreplaced a ring with this and i may go back.

Wire free is the way to go

Tried the wire free and it works wonders. The only down fall is it doesn’t connect to our home base of our 4 arlo cameras. This one works on your existing wiring for your doorbell. And connects by WiFi. Works great can either interact with the person personally or I can use a pre programmed messages of my choice to tell them if I’m too busy. Two thumbs up on this purchase.
