Great at sensing people coming to the door and showing us video. Always annoying to have a little delay because it's wireless, but understandable. A little on the expensive side, but it's the Arlo family!

I called Arlo and they replaced it for free. I was advised by Arlo the one I purchased from Best Buy was defective.

The next day I bought and installed the Arlo Wire-free doorbell and not only do we feel so much more secure, but we also have peace of mind whether we’re home or out of town. It's a great product with an awesome view and audio (I'm a video professional and I know good image quality when I see it). I highly recommend this product

Often takes more than 30 seconds when initially loading app/accessing live feed. Night vision is good. Field of view does not capture ground-level deliveries.

YOU CAN RING MY BELL!

The ONLY drawback is that there is no way to attach a solar charger, but it's not a deal breaker. I use mine constantly because I live in town and people are always passing by. I only have to charge it about once a month, and it doesn't take very long. I would buy it again without hesitation. My entire home is protected inside and out with Arlo products.

Wire free is the way to go

Tried the wire free and it works wonders. The only down fall is it doesn’t connect to our home base of our 4 arlo cameras. This one works on your existing wiring for your doorbell. And connects by WiFi. Works great can either interact with the person personally or I can use a pre programmed messages of my choice to tell them if I’m too busy. Two thumbs up on this purchase.
