I was told the battery would last over six months. Also, when I purchased this doorbell I was not informed I needed to also buy an arlo chime in order to hear the doorbell go inside my unit.

Yet it takes about 10-15 seconds to connect to the doorbell through the app. This is annoyingly long if someone is at the door. It also sometimes takes 15-20 minutes to notify you of motion. Though, sometimes it's faster. It's just very inconsistent.
