Excellent product, very clear video. Set up is very simple it took approximately 15 minutes to have it completely installed.

Great product works exactly as expected, Arlo just keeps getting better hopefully it remains like that.

I've had my doorbell for almost a week. Picture is great. Range is good. Love the phone call when someone rings thw doorbell.

Extremely laggy and was hoping it might work better with the rest of my Arlo environment so that I didn’t have to use a Ring. I might end up switching back now anyways. Disappointing because I already pay the Arlo monthly subscription anyways. It’s plugged into my router (w/ Gigabit internet) so it “shouldn’t” be a bandwidth issue. It works fine enough bc I don’t always get/answer doorbell rings, but the times when I do want to speak through it, it’s choppy and lags like 10 seconds. The video quality is fine, but usually the recordings start out okay, and then 2 seconds in, it freezes, and when it comes back again, the person is already gone.

Calling this hunk of scrap a "video doorbell" is incredibly charitable. It has only ever worked as intended one time, shortly after its installation. Whenever someone rings it now, the video won't appear, or I'll get an error that it is offline. The point of a video doorbell is to be able to see and possibly communicate with the person who rings it, and in that regard this product is an absolute failure. It is well within range of my WiFi router, and the battery has been replaced multiple times to try and remedy the issue, but to no avail. I am sorry to say that arlo products are trash, and it will be a cold day in hell before I ever purchase another one.

So after going through a breakup; and the person reacting poorly... I invested in this security device. It's perfect for a 2nd floor apartment-- connects wirelessly, give me a good view of the stairwell, and is easily "triggered" and simple to review footage. This has me feeling much safer in my now single space. The sales staff was really great at telling the difference between this and the ring.

This is perfect! Crystal clear and in color, even the night vision is clear... we couldn't be happier with our new doorbell!
