Connection to echo show suck!

Also it seems like it would be very easy to steal. The bad part is most of the time it won’t connect instantly with the Amazon Alexa echo show 8. If they fix that then it’s 5 stars!

5g connectable?

I assumed easy to do (installation easy), bu connectivity to my 5G house wifi is not so easy. Arlo customer service had no advice for this. I will continue consultation advice alternatives and complete as time permits.

Disappointing from Arlo

I've got 5 cameras and a motion sensor so when I decided to try this after waiting patiently, I'm thoroughly disappointed. Setup was easy which is great because it CONSTANTLY goes offline and you have to reset it back up. All of my other Arlo devices never go offline, yet I have to reset this almost every day, sometimes more than once a day. Troubleshot with support and it was just resetting it. Firmware has been updated and I have strong wifi (2.4 and 5.0 - you have to make sure it's on 2.4 which it is). Disappointed. Thinking about eating the cost and going back to Ring.

My only issue is that when I connected a power source to it using a recommended adapter, expecting the battery to auto charge and save me the hassles of always removing the door bell for battery recharge when the battery drains, it does not do that.
