Purchased this Arlo doorbell camera about a month ago. It is money well spent. A great sense of security and i have not been disappointed with Arlo. I recommend.

Won’t stay online and even Geek Squad couldn’t resolve the problem

It records and you have the option to install it at an angle that captures your best view. On play back it tends to freeze play which I hate. But when someone rings your doorbell it does notify you on your phone and you can talk to the person as well as see them on the camera. I would not recommend Arlo. I bought because I’ve already invested in the internal and external cameras and wanted to be consistent with the doorbell.

Very short battery life. Constantly losing connection, but cameras never lose connection

Pairing may be easier if we could select from a connected wifi account instead of manually entering the user/pass which led to extended setup time.

This lil gem provides communication and a visual of who and how many people are at your door before opening up..a very affordable/valuable purchase.

This doorbell is a perfect combination of a traditional doorbell and a wireless camera. I love the fact I can put it exactly where I want it with no need for wires. This completes my Arlo setup and I couldn't be happier with it.

This will not connect to the Arlo app. Waste of money. Do not buy it!

Worse camera ever. Only worked for about 4 months and oit of no where it stopped working on me

Not a very good investment. It overheats sometimes. You have to charge at least once every 10 days

I really liked it while it worked. It was great having notifications when our packages arrived during the holiday season. Then, 3 weeks in, it just stopped. I charged the battery, went through all the troubleshooting. Did a factory reset (really, why should I have to do that after 3 weeks?). Still nothing. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.

Glad I finally got one of these. Lived for 7 years without a doorbell. Now I know when someone's in front of my house even when I'm not home. And the doorbell calls my phone!

Excellent product. Works well. Best Buy Geek squad installed it because we were having difficulty. It appeared easy, however, after several attempts we called the Geek Squad. It was operational immediately.

It should come with the speaker for when someone rings the bell. I think i have a phone call when simeone rings it

I like it a lot but if the plastic quality was better than what it is i would be in love with it

I love this purchase, the app is a little laggy which is why I only gave it 4 stars and the battery doesn’t last as long as I would like.

picture is clear, but when doorbell is pressed, and my phone rings I can't hear the person outside.

Absolutely horrible. Half the time it doesn't pick up activity. On humid evenings, forget getting any video. Had a huge bear walk down our driveway and this doorbell got zero footage. The bear was litteraly walking right towards the door until he stepped to go down the side of the house.

I wish that this product would work as advertised.
