I upgraded from the Ring Doorbell, overall I am very pleased. It helps me keep everything in sync with my Arlo Cameras, but my favorite feature is that you get a call on your phone rather than a alert when the doorbell is pressed rather than a simple notification that can be missed. The down side is theres no settings to control the motion sensors like in the Ring app and if its rainy or foggy day forget about being able to see whose at your door.

Sooo Convenient! Can see at all times who is at my door! When doorbell rings it goes to my phone & can answer & talk to outsider as if I were home.

Not impressed. Poor quality also can be because our wifi sucks and takes forever to connect when someone rings the doorbell. The picture is clear so thats good. Its more the lag and connecting part also dont like the fact that only one person has access to view the camera you can add a person but it boots you off it more than once person is on the app so its kind of useless for me to have.

I love the Arlo Doorbell Camera. Clean and Clear video. It’s the extra security I needed living alone for the first time. Apt friendly. I love that it came with a tilt mount. It gets the full view entering my apt plus more. Thank you Arlo!! You did your thing!!

Easy to install (we used wire connection, not battery) and connect to home wifi. You can set a range for alerts so you're not getting alerts every time a car drives past. So far, we're satisfied and would recommend.

Very easy to install video and audio quality is phenomenal. It also doesn’t pick up further away things like vehicles and limbs and what not when the wind blows unless it’s closer to the door like the outside cameras..

For my first ring bell camera I could not be happier if it takes anything from small animals to people and it tells you and ignorance is the difference between people and and small animals like cats and dogs

I had Ring for so many years. I should've upgraded sooner. The quality of the video is so much clearer. I love that it calls your phone when someone rings the bell. The best decision I made was to switch to Arlo!

The ratings for this device are very high on almost every website and I was a bit confused about that. It feels like an okay quality device but that’s about it. I didn’t particularly enjoy the lag between the button press and the chime going off. In my opinion, the chime should be sold with this together. Having to go to the store and spend another $50 left a poor taste in my mouth. I ended up switching to google

I have been using Arlo cameras for years. Added the doorbell after moving to a new house. Easy to install and activated quickly. Was using it in minutes.

Overall the image quality and range of the camera is excellent! I love that you can see everything very clearly and can even zoom in a good bit. Not to mention the design looks nicer than some other doorbell cams. There is some lag though from the time it takes someone to ring the doorbell to getting connected to the camera and communicating with them. I live in a small apartment, so it’s usually faster for me to just look through the peephole and answer the door. Also, I’m trying to get my Samsung TV to show video when someone rings the doorbell; working with support on that, but no luck yet.

Good product, but the motion detects a little late. And you have to be closer to the camera than I prefer other than that good video quality.

Dont know if due to our internet connection but video feed lags a bit and connecting to the camera takes a while. Sometimes video is scrambled but when it works it’s fantastic

Camera works great and the quality of video is good. There is a little buffering that happens sometimes when you click to view live, but I am happy overall with the purchase. The push notifications are also a good feature when motion is detected.

Great set up and pictures quality. Shows a very good 180 view. Can zoom in and out in live view. I like the doorbell option that rings to your phone and it can be answered or a message left

Love our Arlo Doorbell! The video and audio are both clear. We got the battery operated door bell and we installed it in our wrought iron fence/gate. Our postman likes it too!

Sleek design and very quick to install. I used the angled mounting plate and I am able to see a clear view of my front porch. Essential features are provided, I highly recommend for people looking for a decent doorbell cam

Excellent device with an easy step-by-step installation process. Recommend splitting the house network into 2.4 and 5 to ease installation. This device works as advertised and provides a clear feed.
