Overall the image quality and range of the camera is excellent! I love that you can see everything very clearly and can even zoom in a good bit. Not to mention the design looks nicer than some other doorbell cams. There is some lag though from the time it takes someone to ring the doorbell to getting connected to the camera and communicating with them. I live in a small apartment, so it’s usually faster for me to just look through the peephole and answer the door. Also, I’m trying to get my Samsung TV to show video when someone rings the doorbell; working with support on that, but no luck yet.

Definitely a great investment I enjoy the Arlo doorbell it’s quite receptive so if motion is detected it reports immediately haven’t had any issues with connectivity I definitely recommend this product.

This camera displays a high quality image and never randomly disconnects from the app like others I’ve purchased, but the best feature is the long lasting battery life. I only need to charge it once every few months. Perfect.

I was waiting for the wireless version and it is exceeding expectations!

It's ok. I wish I had gotten a Ring. This doesn't sync up with my Amazon show. I am very disappointed.

LOVE this doorbell! I have one on all entry doors! Great picture and vidoeo. Gives peace of mind when you are away from home and I always knows who is at the door before I answer, Easy install. Easy charging. A MUST have!

I like the arlo products, and this is a very easy to install, wireless video doorbell. Storing images requires a subscription (more $$). If you don't need that, it does allow review of last image and the audio works fine.

this is an amazing video doorbell. i went with the arlo over ring because it was more user configurable and works amazing! the battery life is awesome too - i have it installed on a side wall with the angle adapter so it sees a good amount but doesn't trigger on the road or cars so i think the battery lasts much longer. it works with amazon alexa too- but you still have ask alexa to show the arlo doorbell even though it will notify you. i couldn't get it to automatically show the doorbell video on a button press. but, no big deal since it can call your phone for immediate video and talk capability. overall amazing doorbell and the video service is fantastic.

I am coming from a doorbell(switch from google to HomeKit) I’m kind of disappointed with this camera to be honest. The picture quality is pretty good. However, the viewing space is not the best there’s a lag with notifications. One Perk over google is it let you talk as if if was a call.  Also, you need a smart hub for this to be compatible with HomeKit. 

Excellent video quality and works great. Only issue is that when I connected to my mechanical doorbell it won’t stop ringing. I had to buy the Arlo Chime to have a doorbell that rings in the house.

This works beautifully, easy to install and let’s me see who or what is at my door. Especially helpful for package delivery so I know something has been delivered..

Overall it works great. Other than the app that wont let me view recorded video any more.

Good hardware with a good companion app but not great. Integration to external smart home systems like Home Assistant is not well supported.

Clear picture with excellent video capture. Adjustable for sensitivity, movement, light, zones, sound. Wireless has great advantages and hooks and sets up well and easily. Great recording and transfer of video records.

Good build quality. Withthe doorbell i dont mind paying for a subscription. I would rate it a 5 star, if the delay and the choppy video wasnt present.

Good camera system that is easy to install and use. The app works very well. There is a fee for video storage and the batteries dont last quite as long as advertised, but they are easy to remove and recharge.
