So, after a few months of use, the battery would not hold a charge. I took it to the Geek Squad for repair, and ended up exchanging it for a new one. When this doorbell works, it is really good. The picture quality is great even at night. Not sure what went wrong with battery, but I am glad I was able to exchange it. I still recommend this product and would buy again.

Big delay in real time video and recording. Quality is good.

I really like the camera. I dont have wires so i had to get the battery powered option but the key that give you to remove it works really well.

This is my third one. I have 2 battery operated and one hatd wired. The clarity is better than most. All features work great with ease.

It has good quality picture. The negative thing is always a few seconds behind behind. It has great speaker.

Installation instructions were not that good. Video is great. Had issues with operation. In my opinion this unit is not ready for prime time. Would not recommend any Arlo items because of there documentation and instructions.

Arlo has worked great so far. Very easy to install out of the box. User friendly, intuitive app, great video and sound quality. Excellent purchase.

This doorbell is awesome has great video quality and battery lasts along time has been in use for a little over a month and battery life is still at 55 %

When you are subscribed to a subscription service this doorbell is great. It was easy to install and has a very clear picture, has great audio and the ability to set up activity zones. But when you let your subscription expire, all of the configuration features are put behind a paywall. No more activity zones, the camera continues to send notifications even when in "standby" or "home" mode, and your clips are no longer recorded and saved for your viewing in the app. I asked if these features would be usabel by purchasing a smarthub, and was told no. The longer I own Arlo products, the more I regret my purchase. I would recommend going with a different company.

Product is excellent and works perfectly! Customer service was awesome as well! I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking a doorbell camera.

Easy setup and installation... Works great and is super easy to use. Took all of 10 minutes to install after charging the battery overnight.

Not a nice to have - a must have that gives us a heads-up when someone or something (hello UPS delivery package!) is outside our front door.

very easy to install and the quality is awesome. battery life is about 3 weeks it could be better but not complaining with the quality of video.

We got this to go with the awesome Arlo camera system we use. The system is super easy to set up. I was concerned about getting a battery system and not using the wired option, but since our doorbell system was dead, I had no option. We bought this on Sept 29 and I had to recharge it for the first time on Dec 21 when the battery got to 15%. We get packages and front door visitors several times a week, so even with all those triggers, the battery lasted over three months. That's a winner for me!
