The app is super user-friendly, the camera is crystal clear and the sound is great. The only problem with all non-wired doorbells is that they are really large. The size is necessary to fit the battery made for these devices to run without having to recharge it often

App is good, only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s tough to add another user and has slow connections to the camera. Also it cannot connect the camera to my Google hub so that’s not great…. Not the end of the world cuz I can see the camera on my phone. But it’s wireless and I think it looks better than the ring.

Laggy even on Gigabit

I might end up switching back now anyways. Disappointing because I already pay the Arlo monthly subscription anyways. It’s plugged into my router (w/ Gigabit internet) so it “shouldn’t” be a bandwidth issue. It works fine enough bc I don’t always get/answer doorbell rings, but the times when I do want to speak through it, it’s choppy and lags like 10 seconds. The video quality is fine, but usually the recordings start out okay, and then 2 seconds in, it freezes, and when it comes back again, the person is already gone.
