Wonderful product picture is extremely clear audio is very good and the siren feature is a game changer.

Really good for privacy and security know who at the door before I even answer and can see if it a person or package thanks to AI detection

So, after a few months of use, the battery would not hold a charge. I took it to the Geek Squad for repair, and ended up exchanging it for a new one. When this doorbell works, it is really good. The picture quality is great even at night. Not sure what went wrong with battery, but I am glad I was able to exchange it. I still recommend this product and would buy again.

The Arlo wire free doorbell was easy to install, and works wonderful, we are happy with the purchase. The video quality is nice also!

This doorbell is awesome has great video quality and battery lasts along time has been in use for a little over a month and battery life is still at 55 %

We got this to go with the awesome Arlo camera system we use. The system is super easy to set up. I was concerned about getting a battery system and not using the wired option, but since our doorbell system was dead, I had no option. We bought this on Sept 29 and I had to recharge it for the first time on Dec 21 when the battery got to 15%. We get packages and front door visitors several times a week, so even with all those triggers, the battery lasted over three months. That's a winner for me!

Does exactly what I need it to. Let me know who is coming in and out and keep an eye on deliveries. App works great. Installing was painless.

Easy setup. Great video capture and mtion sensor. Connects easy from a distance.

Does what us supposed to do and very responsive. App is good, only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s tough to add another user and has slow connections to the camera. Also it cannot connect the camera to my Google hub so that’s not great…. Not the end of the world cuz I can see the camera on my phone. But it’s wireless and I think it looks better than the ring.

I've had other smart doorbells that didn't work as well as this one. The app is super user-friendly, the camera is crystal clear and the sound is great. The only problem with all non-wired doorbells is that they are really large. The size is necessary to fit the battery made for these devices to run without having to recharge it often

Awesome device and great functionality with a great price, signing up with Arlo on there site for there expanded services don’t work out so well there site don’t seem to have all the proper fictions to agree to the terms if service and I can’t move past that part. Been trying for months after my free trial expired. But it works really well
