Installation instructions were not that good. Video is great. Had issues with operation. In my opinion this unit is not ready for prime time. Would not recommend any Arlo items because of there documentation and instructions.

This product was very easy to set up. Great picture and easy to use. We loved our arlo pro 4 so much we had to get a doorbell.

I have installed the regular wired doorbells before. Wire free certainly is easier without sacrificing video quality or responsiveness.

Horrible!! Took a week just to get it set up. Had to contact customer service several times. They close at 6. I bought the camera because I was having issues with an intruder. The delay time on this camera is about 7 seconds for your motion notification. Which is a long time when someone is breaking in your home! Motion sensor goes off for a bug but won’t catch people 90% of the time. I can get a notification on the phone that says motion was detected, go to look at the feed and it didn’t record anything. Very frustrating!!!! There is not a brand specific door mount either. Bought one that was for blink and had to alter it so that it would work.

Camera quality is great. Wifi range reaches further than originally anticipated. Battery life has been great as well.

We have Arlo cameras which work well which made sense to us to purchase a doorbell when we decided to switch from ring. The doorbell is a different story. Before having it for 3-4 months it stopped syncing with our internet and we had to work with customer service for weeks via email before having to demand a replacement. It took the replacement a long time and several times to connect to our internet and account. It also takes a long time for it to go “live” in the app. I wish we had used the BestBuy protection we purchased instead of working with Arlo support but we forgot it was covered. Arlo also made us pay for shipping of our replacement and sent a different color. I expected more of the product and company.

Simple to install anywhere! Charged battery once I got it an using the app to program is hassle free!
