    Decent video quality, easy to install, and the app works best from the variety of options that I’ve purchased and had to return before. Plus it comes with a 3 month free subscription and when the trial is over, the membership is only $3 a month, which is far better a price than pretty much all the other options. On the whole, this is probably the best overall option

    Last weekend at 2:30 in the morning someone tried breaking into our house. The next day I bought and installed the Arlo Wire-free doorbell and not only do we feel so much more secure, but we also have peace of mind whether we’re home or out of town. It's a great product with an awesome view and audio (I'm a video professional and I know good image quality when I see it). I highly recommend this product

    Just buy the doorbell Nothing else from Arlo unless you want you data to skyrocket! I like but still figuring out...I get a phone call on my phone but no image so not sure...

    Solid design and looks great. However it has a major video and voice lag of 2-4 seconds. Not a real problem with surveillance/security cameras but with a communications portal it’s a eternity!

    The doorbell worked great for the first couple of weeks. All of a sudden, it showed as being offline. I contacted Arlo support they weren't helpful. They kept telling me that I needed to be on a 2.5 - 5.0 GHz network; after explaining to them that I was already on one, they asked I'm not sure how to resolve. From there, I uninstalled the doorbell and tried to reconnect, and it was impossible. I have the doorbell battery on its charger, and it's been there for two days. I will try this again - this seemed to help the last time when it was going through a firmware update. I gave this 2 stars because of the ease of installation.

    This is a FANTASTIC product! The ONLY drawback is that there is no way to attach a solar charger, but it's not a deal breaker. I use mine constantly because I live in town and people are always passing by. I only have to charge it about once a month, and it doesn't take very long. I would buy it again without hesitation. My entire home is protected inside and out with Arlo products.

    Works well with google home display. Live video slow to start. Often takes more than 30 seconds when initially loading app/accessing live feed. Night vision is good. Field of view does not capture ground-level deliveries.

    I purchased this ring camera from Best buy and after 30 days it drained the battery. I called Arlo and they replaced it for free. I was advised by Arlo the one I purchased from Best Buy was defective.

    Poor quality. I use multiple cameras at different locations and this one was as flaky as can be. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it would not. Support is abysmal. They kept running me around in circles and delaying me, hanging up, disconnecting. Cutting and pasting stock questions in emails asking the same questions over and over again, until finally they delayed me until it was out of warranty and they finally just said tuff....your out of luck.

    Very easy to install. I like that it is connected thru your houses wifi instead of a separate base station like the earlier cameras are. If you already have the Arlo app the doorbell is easily added to it. Let's you program the recording time to a set duration or the length of time the doorbell senses motion. Can talk to the person at the door thru the app on your phone.
