I give this an excellent rating being how easy it is to install with chime I bought separately and the wonderful surprise for me was how you get a call from Arlo when someone is ringing doorbell.

Excellent video quality and works great. Only issue is that when I connected to my mechanical doorbell it won’t stop ringing. I had to buy the Arlo Chime to have a doorbell that rings in the house.

Save your time and money and buy something else. I replaced one of these with the same unit and had the same issues of connectivity, dropping the wifi connection and being unable to re-connect. Customer service was pitiful. For the price point this product should work better - and it should be noted it failed after only 4 months.

I like the arlo products, and this is a very easy to install, wireless video doorbell. Storing images requires a subscription (more $$). If you don't need that, it does allow review of last image and the audio works fine.

Was exactly what I was looking for my son for his first electric razor.

I upgraded from a Ring 2 and I love everything about my Arlo! I love the larger viewing window and the clarity of the videos and images. Very happy with this purchase!

Amazing doorbell camera. We subscribed to the Arlo service for recording videos if needed. Audio is clear. Picture day or night is great and the app is easy to navigate.

Couldn’t have asked for a better door camera! The camera was very easy to set up and functions perfect with my Arlo wireless cameras. The doorbell and a great just write with the Arlo app and the response time is quick.

Clear picture with excellent video capture. Adjustable for sensitivity, movement, light, zones, sound. Wireless has great advantages and hooks and sets up well and easily. Great recording and transfer of video records.

This was super easy to set up. The picture and sound quality are excellent. My only complaint, and maybe because i have the wireless version, is there is a slight delay on when i receive the alert from motion detection. It usually comes through to me once the person is walking away, if it’s a delivery. Other than that, long battery life and has made me feel more secure at home to know who is coming and going. Would love to see the individual brands like Arlo, Ring, etc. sell, as an accessory, the no damage door mount that for those of us in apartments or in an HOA that doesn’t allow mounting to the exterior of the building. The generic ones found on other sites don’t fit exactly and i think there would be a great market for them.

Happy with the product. Not a fan of the subscription to record. Batter lasts on average 3 months.

I didn’t really like the way this camera works. There is always a delay in the video when watching live and answering doorbells. I have gaming wifi, so it wasn’t my wifi. I have also bought the bundle as gift to my grandmother and the same thing happens with hers, lag in the video. Also, take into consideration from where you want the “180°” view to start since this is a bulky camera.

Love arlo and this is the second one I have …I did have a problem with the wired only one and returned it for the combo unit. Battery works if power goes off.

Great camera but very difficult to connect to Google Home or Amazon Alexa. App not user friendly

Feeling more secure with the easy installation of the Arlo Wireless doorbell. Alerts can be sent to your phone or device of your choosing ro persons and vehicles on or near property. Money well spent

Pros: Great picture, sound quality and smart home connectivity. Cons: Motion zones and sensitivity don’t seem to work consistently.

Replaced a 5 year old video doorbell with this one. Honestly, the hardest part was drilling the holes in the wall. App and doorbell setup was easy.

We got this to supplement our other Arlo cameras. It works great and the battery lasts a decent amount of time before you need to charge..Overall satisfied customer

Had high hopes for this one since investing in the arlo ecosystem there is a lot of lag and delay and if object is moving fast picture gets garbled so not useful at all and the package detects only about 50 percent of the time and yes I have a subscription and strong bandwidth

Really good camera with speaker but doesn’t come with the ringer but can be wirily connected to your old doorbell ringer. If not you have to buy the ringer for $50.00
