I love the look and features listed… but I bought a new Eeos Wi-Fi mesh router so I could use this doorbell. I love the style and how easy it was to install. BUT every time someone rings the doorbell the app freezes up. Granted the video works great if I just open the app. Hopefully we will get an App update soon

Love this doorbell! Glad you can buy the optional chime for it too. There is about a 2 to 3 second delay which im not too fond of but it happens

Arlo has great camera view and is very clear. Also it is very easy to set up. I would recommend.

I love the ARLO system and this doorbell camera is perfect! I know who's at the door and when packages or people arrive! It's very easy to swap out for charging too!

It’s was so easy to install! I was nervous about trying to do it myself, but it was so easy!!! Easy to set-up as well. Simple to use and operate and I was so Impressed with it I bought another!

I really want to LOVE this doorbell camera but honestly there is a 7 second delay which gives anyone plenty of time to do anything before even being seen on camera. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase and being able to see who comes around my home and being able to keep an extra eye on my children.

Works well, even at low temperatures. Wide field of vision. Easy to install on arlo app. Hooked it up with an arlo chime so it can also function as a regular doorbell.

Upgraded from a Ring. We are very satisfied with the image quality, aesthetics of the device and overall look and feel are solid.

This was recommended to us over the Ring Doorbell because of the better video quality. I like the video notifications when packages are being delivered.

Cute camera. It's great when it works. Motion sensitivity is set at 100% yet it still seems to sleep thru a lot of activity. If someone rings the doorbell it does ring my phone, so that aspect works fine. But if someone drops a package at the door or just walks up on my property for whatever reason without ringing the bell, it's a toss up as to whether the Arlo alerts us.

Works good,easy install for the most part, a little trouble in adding a second phone but product works well !

Good doorbell to pair up with other Arlo cameras I have. Everything works well as expected. It's expensive at MSRP but is on sale often

I purchased the wireless doorbell and hooked it up. It was up and working quickly. The zone feature and the geofencing is a great capability.

Get his if you cannot use a wired connection to your original doorbell. Sometimes older houses don't have the necessary power to use the wired smart doorbells. This is a good alternative.

Love the doorbell! Easy to use great picture, and clear sound! So far service and installation has been great! TotalTech has been great! Well worth the $200,!

Replaced our doorbell from Ring to have all our cameras on the same platform. Love the quality of the videos and the design of the camera itself is very sleek.

Solid video doorbell. Easy setup, easy to use, looks good. The app video streaming is terrible and slow.

I purchased it because it’s black and looks sleeker than my old Ring doorbell. Works great and easy to set up. I also have the Arlo cameras which work great as well.

Battery constantly goes dead and hard to check due to dropping off line. With one to two rings a day the wireless door bell will last a week. This has gone one for since I bought it. Best Buy’s warranty is so short I didn’t get there in time.
