    The doorbell worked great for the first couple of weeks. All of a sudden, it showed as being offline. I contacted Arlo support they weren't helpful. They kept telling me that I needed to be on a 2.5 - 5.0 GHz network; after explaining to them that I was already on one, they asked I'm not sure how to resolve. From there, I uninstalled the doorbell and tried to reconnect, and it was impossible. I have the doorbell battery on its charger, and it's been there for two days. I will try this again - this seemed to help the last time when it was going through a firmware update. I gave this 2 stars because of the ease of installation.

    Video & audio is great, but visitor's can't hear us when standing in front of the doorbell. Worked with Arlo & our cell phone provider to trouble shoot with no luck. Still better than a normal doorbell, so it was worth the purchase.

    The unit constantly disconnected and would not reconnect automatically. The awful delay and having to take the battery off to recharge is annoying. All of this in addition to the frequent subscription price increases did not make this unit desirable. I have removed the unit and replaced it with a much more reliable video doorbell. Would not recommend.

    Have bought several Arlo products in the past and was expecting the same high quality. Installation and setup was easy. But when someone rings the door bell all you see is a green or gray screen depending upon if you have an iPhone or Android. The video captures images fine but fails to work when someone rings the door bell. Have tried solutions people had on the community site have tired over the last couple years but nothing has worked so far. Very disappointed. Since people have been reporting this same problem you would think Arlo would have it fixed or well documented what to do if you run into this.
