It constantly goes offline or dfoes not record at all. the audio never works and the numerous times I have called Arlo support they always have an excuse, it's my internet, my router or whatever reason they can come up with to not honor or fix their product.

One drawback is the angle setting, I wish it were more angled so that I could hardwire it to my home chime and still get the similar view and angle.

It has enabled us to see when packages are received at the new home and saving us unnecessary trips to pick up packages that were supposed to be delivered but have not shown up yet.

The device did record it but it only captured part of the event which was good enough for the property manager but it would have been nice to campfire more of the beginning.

It installed and went on line with my wifi with no problems. The only thing is the battery doesn't last as long as I thought and you have to recharge it frequently if you use it a lot.
