Easy setup, doesn't work as expected.

Installation and setup was easy. But when someone rings the door bell all you see is a green or gray screen depending upon if you have an iPhone or Android. The video captures images fine but fails to work when someone rings the door bell. Have tried solutions people had on the community site have tired over the last couple years but nothing has worked so far. Very disappointed. Since people have been reporting this same problem you would think Arlo would have it fixed or well documented what to do if you run into this.
