Camera was easy to connect to network through 2.4 only. It took a little bit because it tells you step by step how to do it but I got there. It says battery will last 6 months but we will see. It is great though because you can put this anywhere. The only thing I don't like is it has a circular view but this view allows you to see down to the ground below so if that's what you want.

I love my video door bell, it has a wide viewing area and it is not so sensitive where every little thing sets it off but sensitive enough where it captures things or people walking up the street

So far, we are liking our new wireless doorbell. We made sure to purchase a second battery to make it easier on us and to never miss out on something happening. The video is clear and covers a wide angle.

Easy and quick setup, and it is a great addition to my camera system. Took quite a few tries to connect to my 2.4ghz wireless network.

These smart video doorbells have a great video range to them. As well, they are small and compact. I like how they relate message to deliveries and callers.

Only had one hiccup during installation. If the interior chime doesn’t sound, swap the wires from the original doorbell on the contacts. That’s what worked for me.

We have been using Arlo security cameras in and outside our house and we finally added the doorbell and monitoring services. It provides great value and security when we are away.

I've been using the Arlo Wireless Doorbell for about a week. I was skeptical about the product whenpurchasing, so I only bought the doorbell & one camera....I wish I had just bought the package deal with the doorbell and multiple cameras because I now love Arlo! Love knowing exactly when my deliveries arrive (packages & contactless food). So far, I've had one experience with a sales person ringing the bell...I could see this person when I answered my phone, briefly spoke with them, & said no thank you. They did not try to haggle me or talk me into anything. I didn't have to worry about holding my barking dog back while speaking with them. I'm happy that I finally decided to invest in an Arlo doorbell & will be buying more Arlo cameras.

Works on HomeKit and it’s better than Blink! Set up took a bit of messing around but I got there

It was easy to install and works well. The only downside was getting the app to recognize the camera so it could add it. It took me five tries to get it to join the app.

This doorbell camera is completely wireless but it also comes with the necessities if you would like to have it hardwired into your home. Currently I am renting so only having to make two small drill holes in the door frame is a much better option than having to go through pulling wire and such for a hard wire on a home that is not even mine. It is extremely accurate and up-to-date. It looks beautiful it takes perfect short videos live action has great clarity you can also zoom in still with great clarity. You have option to speak to somebody through the doorbell I love that feature. Anyone looking into a wire free doorbell camera this should be added to your cart immediately.

Quality is really great with the product; however, I would definitely like to see a better quality screw to use on the install of the wall bracket.

So far, so good. But too many notifications and my wife can't install it on her phone. Trying, but need more support.

It's a good product the video could be a little better and the slight time delay is bothersome..

I would easily give the doorbell five stars if it was compatible with Arlo’s Chime. Installation was incredibly simple and the app is intuitive. The video quality is excellent. But if we do not have our phones with us, or if a family member or friend is staying with us who does not have access to our Arlo account and the app on their phone, there is no way to know if someone rang the doorbell. Arlo should add a chime that connects to the same WiFi network as their wireless doorbell.

Very good value. We have one that is paired with a wireless chime and the volume is great. Also convenient to be able to communicate through the doorbell with my phone. I would definitely recommend.

Love our new wireless video doorbell. We’ve had other name brands in the past and service was hit and miss. The Arlo works perfectly. Clear video. Love the smart notifications.

the camera and its sensitivity are great. It was straightforward to install even with patching the surrounding stucco and using additional adhesive to secure it to the wall. I was disappointed to learn that I need a base station in order to use the plug-in chime. so there is no audible chime if someone 'rings' the doorbell even though I have the physical chime plugged in.

I just purchased 2 door bells front of house and back of house. These are life savers when your not home or have kids. They have built in responses. Highly recommend for anyone.
