Putting the Arlo WF Doorbell in place gives me a more secure feel for our home. It has great optics and really has a wide angle of view and coverage. Top Notch!

Very impressive camera resolution but concerns over time it takes to charge battery

I'm using this hard wired, and I have to say it has performed exactly as advertised. The lag time from receiving notification to viewing the live feed or snippet is minimal. I am using the slant mount, and it's just right for my front door. The plastic casing looks a little cheap along with my other front door hardware, but aesthetics aside, it does the job well.

Amazing quality camera. The camera view is great. The timing of the notifications are spot on, and the set up was extremely easy!

I have been putting off purchasing a video doorbell for awhile now because I dreaded the set up process. The Arlo Essential wireless door bell was easy to set up with the very clear directions and videos that the company provides. The fact that I didn’t have to hard wire this device was a blessing! However if you wanted to hard wire, they provided the wires to do so in the box. 10/10 would recommend this product.

I like almost everything about this doorbell. The only thing needs to be improved is the lag for real-time video to be displayed on app.

So excited when this doorbell was installed. We are so thankful for the peace of mind this has given us.

I found installation ray and was able to find a Utube video to learn how to use and understand the feature.

I have had arlo cameras fora few years now. I bought this wireless doorbell because I like the arlo ecosystem. It even came with a free cloud storage trail. I have the VMB4000 base station which allows for direct storage. I thought I would go ahead and use the free trial then switch to the storage on my home base unit. Well it doe snot work like that arlo has become shady and the only way to be able to see your previous recordings is to pay for a monthly subscription. If this was the case it should be explained clearly when setting it up so people don't waste money on things like this. So my options are now to either buy a subscription or look for a new doorbell that allows me to keep my recordings local and review them whenever I want

Long awaited the Arlo Wire-free Video Doorbell to go with my Arlo Security Camera System only to be very disappointed. The Battery Life only lasts for about one week. Detecting motion a Front Door is sporadic. My Arlo camera picked up several deliveries and the Arlo Essential Wire-Free Camera recorded nothing. When the camera did work the response time was slow. By the time the Doorbell calls you and you connect your phone to the camera several seconds have gone by and the person is already walking away. I am very disappointed with this video doorbell. Adding another Arlo Pro 2 camera to my system works better, faster, and more accurate.

Our techs were amazing and it is wired to our existing doorbell. Wide angle for more protection.

Easy to setup and connect to my existing Arlo environment. The delay is still about 2-3 seconds but better than before due to this device connecting directly to wi-fi and not the arlo hub. Would recommend this as a replacement to the older wireless doorbell (that took AAs).

I purchased the Wire-Free Doorbell from Arlo after moving into a new subdivision, one of the best purchases I have made since moving in. I now know when I go out I will be able to see if any packages are on my doorstep or if anyone is trying to look at what's on my porch. The easy setup and the different levels of tracking you can set up on the camera are great!

I purchased an arlo Wire-free doorbell as we were already invested in the arlo ecosystem. I like the design over some of the competition. My only complaint about the door bell is that its larger than it looks in most of the pictures (installed).
