Since i got my wire free doorbell, i fell much more comfortable about the safety of my family. The video quality is great, the app is easy to see video history, and the install was so easy! I really love my video doorbell! I compared specs with other doorbells and this was the best video quality, comparable price, and had the cloud storage.

This is my second Arlo product - the first being an Arlo Q Plus and it mirrors a lot of the same great things I like about my indoor camera: great video quality, a free cloud storage option and geofencing so you’re not recording motion events of yourself. Where Arlo butchered the experience is with the Arlo Secure app. For some dumb reason, that I’m sure they’d say is due to security, if you don’t explicitly go into the Arlo app for 1-2 weeks, it will log you out of the app. When this happens, your devices basically brick. They won’t record anything. Fast forward to this morning, my neighbor left a note on my door asking me to review footage from September 1 for a package theft. I hadn’t been in the Arlo app since I set the doorbell up in the beginning of August. So after going into the app and choosing the option to log back in, I come to find out I don’t have any video events from after mid-August. And mind you, this is in a cramped apartment hallway that easily captures 20-30 motion events daily. This is incredibly stupid on Arlo’s part to not offer an option to stay signed in because people don’t buy security systems with the thought process of staying glued to them and actively monitoring them like a security guard. They buy them with the thought process that IF an event were to happen then I can easily go back in and find the footage for evidence. In this case, Arlo failed miserably. And I don’t know why you would make a security product and then cripple it thru the app like this. If you search Arlo logging me out you’ll get thousands of results and even thru Arlo’s support pages they blame it on a cloud error (as of Feb-2022) and claim a fix is in the works. What’s really disappointing is everyone is trying to subscription us to death but the free stuff isn’t even working the way it should but we should jump in and invest in paying monthly though? Even though you drag your feet to fix issues. SMH not this guy.

Read a bunch of reviews online and everything seemed to point back to arlo. Decided to give it a shot and geez, it was worth it. I just purchased my home and was worried about intruders because of a previous breakin at my last home and this doorbell is perfect. Would recommend to anyone worried about what to get. Super easy install as well, no headaches.

Honestly, I don’t know how I went so long without adding this to our security system! The doorbell is amazing, there’s a little lag in video, but I’m going to update our mesh system soon, so the lag will be fixed. This is amazing and we love it! Thank you Arlo for making such a wonderful product!

It's sleek, the button has a positive feel, and the camera is amazing! Wide lens allows the homeowner to get a large view of the patio and front of the home. The doorbell works quick and the video is extremely sharp. So happy we made the switch from Google Nest.

We've never had a video doorbell before and didn't know what to expect. This was easy to charge, set up and use! The app is user friendly, and being able to hear and see who is at the door is a great feature. I highly recommend this product and can't wait to add the outdoor camera to my account as well.

Door bell worked great. I love the notifications. We had someone dog sit over the weekend and I could see exactly when they got there and when they left. I paired it with an Arlo pro 4 camera for the back patio and I could see when the pups were let out as well! It was perfect.

This device came highly recommended by the salesman at Best Buy and we just love it! It’s attractive to look at and had everything we need. It’s also quite affordable. We love it and have recommended it to our neighbors. It’s easy to set up and extremely user friendly. We are very pleased customers!

In less than 5 minutes I had this added to the app ready for use. The images and video quality are pristine. It’s very convenient to have the call to my phone. Since my husband also has the app if I miss answering the door he can answer it also. The speaker is clear. The viewing angle also captures more than enough.

I love the Arlo doorbell I can see when someone is coming to my door, I’ve had issues in the past and now with Arlo it puts my mind at ease kind of like I’m not alone in a way. It’s amazing and I can’t wait to buy the rest of the Arlo collection. Thank you so much for this amazing product.

Excellent product to enhance the security around my home!

If your looking for for quality this is the doorbell you want. Awesome picture awesome sound. Initial hookup took a few times to sync to chimes. Does not hook up via the smart hub. Uses the home WiFi

The installer was fast and gave very helpful guidance

Optics are great, night vision is clear and if your porch light puts out enough ambient light then your doorbell will be in color if then night vision kicks in also works well with Alexa in fact she’s my chime and notification that someone is at the front door

This product is amazing. I’m so glad to finally be able to see when a package arrive while I’m at work or even in my house. We had someone steal one of our Christmas tree decorations and this give me peace of mind to reduce the chances of this happening again. I love this product
