I could not be more satisfied with my recent purchase. The doorbell works just as advertised. It was really quick and easy to install. Pairing the device to my phone was even easier. I definitely recommend this doorbell.

Our house did not have any wiring for a doorbell, this more than hit the spot, couldn't be happier along with the integration with our Echo Shows it has been amazing.

I replaced my current doorbells with the new Arlo Wire-free. It took less than 30 minutes to set up both doorbells. After the batteries were charged, the devices were up and running. Great picture, great sound. No hassel!

Very easy to hook up. Either wired or through using the chime. This is an upgrade from the original doorbell that had to use a separate camera

Ok, so I've had the Arlo Wireless Video Doorbell for about 13 months when all of sudden it became "disconnected" to my Wifi, which I know is very reliable from a strength-of-signal and speed standpoint. I have tried multiple times to reconnect, verifying that I have a 2.4 GHz network and the battery is fully charged, but to no avail. I have even tried several times to do a factory reset followed by the setup procedure, but it doesn't work. And customer service is the worst; twice now I have been on the phone with a service representative and 10-15 minutes into the call they just hang up. I am tired of starting the conversation over and over again with a different service rep. and wasting my valuable time. Bottom line: I gambled with this Arlo product and lost. I will NEVER buy an Arlo product again nor will I recommend Arlo to anyone following this abysmal experience! Time to move on!

The picture quality is great and the features are extremely useful. The huge delay is far worst than a Nest system so be prepared for that.

It would never connect. Confirmed it was on the same 2.4G wifi as my phone. I have Netgear Orbi wifi. The doorbell connected when I used a standard wifi router and turned off 5G but could never get it to work with Netgear. I tried two different doorbells. Same results.

It was easy to install and works well. The only downside was getting the app to recognize the camera so it could add it. It took me five tries to get it to join the app.

Love our new wireless video doorbell. We’ve had other name brands in the past and service was hit and miss. The Arlo works perfectly. Clear video. Love the smart notifications.

It detects not only visitors at the door, but also dogs, UPS trucks, the mail man, and the garbage truck. I love being able to see what's going on when I'm home and when I'm away.

I was pleasantly surprised about how easy it was to install and use the app on my phone. I am considering buying an Arlo camera or 2 now. It has been great so far!!

Really good camera quality, super easy setup. I got it up and running and less than 10 minutes.

Took minutes to set up and paired immediately with our arlo system. Ended up getting the chime too and that connected even more easily. Great setup now.

I just bought a new house in February and have tried 4 different video doorbells including Blink, Ring, Ring Pro, and now Arlo. Arlo is by far my favorite one because not only is it smart in giving you push notifications at what the doorbell is viewing, but it also notifies you of any doorbell rings with an actual call to your cell. The Arlo doorbell by far feels more secure than the other 3 I had tried from other companies, I'm so happy with this purchase!

We've only had the Arlo Doorbell for a short time but so far so good. The only reason I am giving the doorbell 4 stars instead of 5 is the delay in timing between motion/doorbell and the chime and mobile app notification. Overall a great choice though.

I'm using this hard wired, and I have to say it has performed exactly as advertised. The lag time from receiving notification to viewing the live feed or snippet is minimal. I am using the slant mount, and it's just right for my front door. The plastic casing looks a little cheap along with my other front door hardware, but aesthetics aside, it does the job well.

My installment went easy. Arlo has given me the ring, response to visitors and easy to look at who comes to my home.
