Good, not Great

I'd like to see who is at the door when someone rings it... that is the whole point. To see who is there you then need to decline the call and load the app to view the video. Takes too long.

Could Be Better

Difficult to install and unreliable

We hired a professional to install it and it was a pain to install even for the professional, who got it to work. We then left the house not even two hours and it stopped working. I’ve been pretty unhappy with the whole Arlo product selection in general. I do not recommend.
