Worked for about an hour...

One hour after installation and after working just fine, it activated the anti theft and LOCKED itself. I spent HOURS on the phone with the techs. Even they had to admit that the produce is buggy as a result of the anti-theft feature. Wait for the next version...

High hopes down the drain

I had high hopes but they went right out the door after being on support for 3+ hours with no help.

Disappointed customer

Went to best buy to swap it and got charged the original price as the product isn't on sale and they didn't have the same color. Very disappointed and will never go to bby for further business.

It didn't work for us!

I purchased this product for piece of mind, but its been thw opposite. All I can see is streaks and customer service mad eme pay for shipping on a new/refurbished one and its even worse. Thanks Arlo

Terrible Local Recording Options

Disgusting lockdown of features just to milk more money out of customers.

Have reset several times with persistent issue. I regret not returning and getting another brand. My old gen one Ring worked without issues. Will be selling this on eBay for a massive loss. I will not buy another Arlo product ever.

I’ve been going back and forth with Arlo on this doorbell for months now. At this point they want me to send it to them and pay for the shipping. The link to do this doesn’t work either. What a joke this has turned out to be.
