Audio & Video Lag

I wish also that the alerts were more customizable. I like it just fine though, which I guess is the point.

They have an automated message on their phone about how you need a case number for support. However their app provides no way to get the case number.

Waste of money

Disappointed

Even with a subscription and proper setup I'd get at least 10 false events a day. Would not recommend. Video is about 15 seconds delayed.

A slight delay is normal behavior and is expected as the camera must communicate with the Arlo cloud when live streaming. If your camera is having issues with motion detection, refer to this article to learn how to troubleshoot: https://kb.arlo.com/994085.

I done with this product

Poor Customer service - overseas, and wont connect

Camera keeps going offline

Hard to use

Worthless

Terrible purchase
