I was having too many issues to name from Wyze. The videos wouldn't play back. Contact customer service, they acknowledged my submission and crickets for weeks. Then, my camera shorted out. That was the final straw. Switched to Arlo. Not even a week in and this thing kicks the YEAH out of Wyze. Don't buy Wyze, buy Arlo.

Our vehicle's catalytic converter was recently stolen. Unfortunately, we did not have a security camera to catch the thieves. We did research before purchasing the Arlo Video Doorbell and it has been great to receive notifications on my phone anytime someone is near our home. I wish we had bought it sooner!

Picture is great, Easy set up and most importantly I feel super secure with knowing who is at the front door!

I’ve had my doorbell working for a few days and really like it. I get a message every time someone comes to my door. Great for knowing when packages get dropped off...especially during Christmas. The only thing that I’m trying to get used to is the delay in video. There can be about a 15 second delay. Even with the delay, I really like it.

Great video and audio for peace of mind we were searching for. An easy tech addition to our Arlo system.

It has wonderful distance. It notices me anytime a animal or person is near by. Great for protecting my home.

I purchased the Arlo Wired Video Doorbell through Costco while it was on sale and included a year subscription to Arlso Smart. First, I did not have a wired doorbell prior and purchased through Amazon an adapter that works with this product. Second, I replaced a Ring Video Doorbell Pro (1st edition) with the Arlo. I wasn't happy with the Ring Doorbell because after a few weeks the footage began to lag and skip, first during playback and then during live viewing. The Arlo is smaller and is aesthetically pleasing from the road and as one walks up to my home. The con so far, which is possibly my router, the lag began day 2 and hasn't stopped. My other con for the Arlo Video Doorbell would be the lack of ability to go back and watch the video feed, its the short and I mean short clip that is recorded and that's it. Overall I give it 3 stars so far. I may update this later

I reviewed several brands of video door bells. Arlo stood out mainly because of the 180 deg lens. You can see the ground without cutting off the heads. Im glad I could use the wired instead of the battery as it has extra features I didn't see in the description. Like the 4 seconds of video before the motion is triggered. Software is working great. Couldn't be happier.

Installation was straightforward. I have AlroSmart but I wish there was a better way to detect vehicles and not receive notification every time. It works mostly but not always. There is a delay between the audio/video and the person at door. Sometimes the video is too short and I wish it kept recording.

Very easy to install and looks great. The night vision is very good. I would reccomend.

It's great, install was easy and the video quality is great. The only thing I wish was included in the kit was an optional side cover for the doorbell

This camera is living up to expectations. Notifications are accurate and video is very clear.
