    We have been very happy with our Arlo Video doorbell. It’s sleek design made for an easy fit where out previous doorbell was located. The app is very intuitive and been easy to use as well

    I just upgraded from the Ring doorbell and I am very happy with the Arlo. Much better resolution in day and night and more features. Works great with my other Arlo Cameras!

    I've had this unit for over a year and initially, it functioned as designed. Recently, upon detecting motion, the set recording time has been intermittent. The set time to record is 1.5 minutes but often it only records for 3 seconds. I spoke with Arlo support and they rebooted the device but this had no effect on the problem and it continues. I will probably upgrade to a Ring device.

    I replaced my Ring doorbell with the Arlo and I have to say that the Arlo doorbell works SO much better. If you want a high quality doorbell that looks good stop looking here

    We have been using Arlo cameras for about 5 years between our home and business, and decided to look at the doorbell as a natural addition at the house.Everyone pitched Ring, but we wanted to retain integration with the Arlo app that works very well for us. Set up was a piece of cake and we’re very happy with the video quality

    Wifi connection is inconsistent

    Based on reviews, I bought this doorbell. I had it installed by an electrician due to my doorbell wires (not the doorbell itself). However, it took the electrician and me 45 minutes to get the wifi to connect AND getting the app to find the doorbell. I have had it close to 2 years, although it hasn't worked as a video device for close to 18 months. The device disconnects, and I have not been able to get it to reconnect despite hours of trying. Visiting their support site shows thousands of other people having the same issue. Also, while it was working, the video was poor at best. I am ordering a SimpliSafe doorbell since everything I have of theirs works flawlessly.

    DoorBell Camera Monthly Fee

    I would give this camera a 5 star except, Arlo is charging a monthly fee to store the video. It's very close to a deal breaker. Stop nickeling and diming your customers Arlo. Your equipment is very expensive with bugs everywhere in your apps. then you have the nerve to charge a monthly fee and your customer support is non existent. Shame on you Arlo.

    Amazing video quality!

    So excited to add this doorbell to my wireless Arlo cameras. This is wired so I never have to recharge it. It was compatible with my existing chime, and very easy to install. The field of view is spectacular and I can literally see my entire front yard. Absolutely love my newest Arlo product!

    Live view slow loading and setup frustrating

    It takes longer then it should to load when you want to view live. Setup would be easy if you didnt have to hold your phone with the QR code to the doorbell. I spent so much time trying to get the darn thing to recognize the code and chime.

    A little difficult on setup with existing chimes, but a quick call to Tech Support resolved the problem which was on my end. The slim design fits well on my fascia board - others were too wide. Camera quality is first rate. Everything working as described.
