Excellent Doorbell!

Looking for something better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great until free trial ended then started to give problems logging in or authenticating through the app. It also has a long delay when trying to talk to person on the other end gets very frustrating.

2.4ghz only, Frequently drops connection.

I would return it if I could, Best Buy’s 15d return period is just too short for a product like this.

No good for Minnesota
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture quality is just ok, certain images were pixelated. This just broke because it is only rated for 4 below so Minnesota broke this item. Now it doesn't even work as a doorbell.

Complete Junk

DO NOT BUY ANY ARLO PRODUCTS

Every time you contact them, the last resort will be RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you have to pay for the shipping fee even if you are still under 1 year warranty. Low volume speaker.
