I love this smart doorbell. The sound is a little too loud so your whole neighborhood can hear what you're saying. The video sometimes lags when you open the app also. Other than that, it's a quality product and easy to use.

Works great and the camera is of good quality! I like that we can talk with our guest.

This is because Arlo is having connectivity issues with mesh routers. Was able to finially connect via the guest wifi but I don’t know the potential home network security risks that may cause.

Highly recommend the Arlo system and this doorbell is no exception.

It is everything it said it is! Very easy to install with existing wiring. Excellent 180 degree field of view. Plan to get one for other door.

I think Arlo is a very good doorbell overall but after 3 months they will ask you do to a plan with them to save your videos. I do not know what expect, and didn't receive any information about it in the moment I bought the device. I do not have any intention to have a monthly plan.

I found the doorbell okay to install - it would have been better to have both metric and english measurements for drillbit needed, call out that certain parts have one-use sticky backs, and offer an easy to find PDF for those who do not want to continuously rewind the video.

This is perfect for our new house! Easy to install/use, and pretty sleek/low profile.
