Didn’t like that you can’t call Arlo unless you have a subscription. But online chat helped. I was able to share it with other members of the family so they can see the outside too.

Good fit for our system

So lots of recording of just us. Other than that it's great video and audio quality

I love getting notifications on my phone whether I am home or not if someone approaches the door.

This seems to be just a good as the hello and the subscription is cheaper this is the only reason I went with Arlo plus the doorbell was cheaper also.

STAY AWAY (unless you're already stuck with Arlo)

The replacement (a refurb) destroyed the house's decades-old transformer and a new plug-in transformer. It also failed a few days after the 1 year warranty had expired, so Arlo Support took no responsibility. They offered an "amazing" 30% discount coupon on a new unit's MSRP, which was useless because top retailers priced it well below MSRP.
