Better options

The separate subscription for data storage, different from a current arlo camera account, and technical issues not allowing the current audible in home chime to work when the arlo video door bell is connected are the reasons for the low score. The good customer service in trying to fix the technical issues was worth an extra star, thus the two star rating. Otherwise the unit is not comparable to better current video doorbell brands.

We See Who is at the Door
