Arlo connected smoothly to my existing Arlo system. Installation was easy. Tech support was responsive when the connection temporarily failed.

Great video quality. Audio quality is fair. However, the delay between someone ringing the bell and you being able to talk to them is ridiculous. The latency is WAY too long. This might work if you have a very long driveway and guests with excellent hearing. Otherwise, they will be long gone before they hear you say, "I'll be right there."

The features arent as rich as the nest hello but still delivers a good video and Mic/Speaker.

Easy to install. Still working on tuning the sensitive zone for alerts. The notifications lag quite a bit.

To anyone looking for a decent video doorbell, take note that this one from Arlo is decent but is really only fully functional with their monthly Arlo Secure subscription. When the free trial ended, we opted not to renew to see how it functions - you're left with a camera that you can only view livestream, which seems to defeat the purpose of having a video doorbell in the first place because who really has time to keep the video feed going constantly? Not me! So without the subscription, it's pretty useless. I'd keep looking and maybe spend more money to invest in a system that doesn't require a monthly subscription for great features like active zones, sirens, smart detection, etc.

The Arlo Doorbell Camera (wired) does all the things the Ring can do, but at a cheaper price point and sleeker than the competitor. Works fantastic.

The doorbell camera was an excellant add-on with our Pro-3, 4 camera system installed previously.

This doorbell camera was easy to install and get into operation. It works great and very high quality picture. We had Arlo cameras already so nothing else needed.

Switching over from my Nest Hello doorbell (which we loved) and also some other nest cameras. Made the switch because our new alarm wasn’t compatible with nest which is why we chose the Arlo cameras and video doorbell. Make sure you set up the activity zones properly otherwise you’ll be getting 500 notifications a day. Once they’re set up it only notifies you when something of importance happens. It can tell you if it spots a package, animal, or person. Over all we are extremely happy and will be adding more cameras as time goes. If you’re in the market do yourself a favor and make the purchase!

The camera once in a while freeze I don’t know if it’s the Wi-Fi or is the camera but anything else it’s OK

So far it’s been good. I’ve had the sky bell prior and this is better. It’s $2.99 per month to have the recordings saved after the free period.
